We process and ship all orders from Toronto within 1-2 business days.

Delivery times vary based on the shipping option selected at checkout. While most orders arrive within the estimated window, occasional carrier delays may occur and are outside of our control.

If you are ordering from the USA or Canada, you will not be charged additional duties or tariffs. All of our shipments to these regions are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means we cover any import duties and tariffs for you.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Refused packages due to unpaid duties cannot be refunded.
